Executive Director

Ross Mallett is the founder and Executive Director of Governance Solutions.  He is a Chartered Secretary, qualified lawyer, business professional and former National President of Chartered Secretaries Australia (CSA), Australia's peak governance body.   

Ross has more than 25 years as a governance professional including company secretary of Elders Ltd, Deputy Company Secretary of BHP Billiton, WMC and Rio Tinto).  Ross has worked for large, medium and small sized listed and unlisted companies and not for profit organisations. 

Ross continues to play and active role in the development of effective governance and compliance practices through CSA including as a guest speaker and member of CSA's National Board, State Councils and National Legislation Review Committee.
